Q: How much does the trip cost?
A: Please click on the Charters tab to view all available charters and prices.
Q: Are deposits required to book a trip and are they refundable?
A: A 10% deposit is required and is refundable if the charter is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you choose to cancel the charter, the deposit will be returned up to 14 days before the scheduled charter.
Q: How many people can fish?
A: We are U.S. Coast Guard approved for groups up to six people.
Q: What do we need to bring?
A: You should bring food and drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen and comfortable clothing. Don’t forget a camera, and bring coolers to take your catch home. All bait, tackle and licensing is provided.
Q: Is fish cleaning available?
A: Yes, fish cleaning is provided by the mate and averages $0.50-$0.75 per pound.
Q: What is the average tip for the mate?
A: Tips of 15 to 20% of the charter rate are appreciated. Please remember that our mate works for tips and fish cleaning.
Q: Are there hotels close by?
A: There are many good places to stay in the area. We invite you to contact us for suggestions based on your personal preference and location.
Q: What should I do if I might become seasick?
A: We recommend taking Dramamine or any motion sickness medication the night before and morning of the scheduled charter. Patches and wristbands for motion sickness are also available at your local drugstores & tackle stores.
